How to destroy a PDF

Upload your PDF or PDFs from your device, or pull them from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Nothing is uploaded to a server - the whole tool runs inside your browser.

Pick a destruction method in the options panel: Shred turns pages into shredded paper strips, Blackout makes them solid black, and Blank leaves them completely empty. The page previews show exactly what the result will look like.

By default the whole document is destroyed. To destroy only some pages, click them in the workspace or type a page range like 3-7, 12 - the remaining pages are kept unchanged. Optionally stamp DESTROYED across destroyed pages or add a certificate of destruction page.

Click Destroy PDF. The output is rebuilt from scratch, so destroyed pages contain nothing from the original and can never be recovered. Download it, save it to the cloud, or send it into another tool.

Come rimuovere i metadati da un PDF?

Come modificare i metadati di un PDF?

Scegli Metadata Editor per impostare titolo, autore, programma creatore, produttore e data di creazione, poi scarica il PDF aggiornato.

Rimuovere i metadati nasconde anche il testo delle pagine?

No. I metadati sono informazioni nascoste sul file, non il contenuto visibile. Per oscurare testo o immagini usa Oscurare PDF; per togliere pagine intere, Eliminare pagine.

Come impedire di copiare il testo di un PDF?

Scegli Lockdown: ogni pagina diventa un’immagine e il testo non si può più selezionare, copiare, cercare né estrarre. Le pagine appaiono uguali, ma il file può diventare più pesante e non è più ricercabile.

Posso nascondere un messaggio segreto in un PDF?

Sì. Ghostwriter nasconde un messaggio nel file senza cambiare l’aspetto delle pagine. Aggiungi una password per cifrarlo o lascialo leggibile a chi controlla il file qui. Lo stesso strumento rivela poi il messaggio.
