How to organise a PDF
1
Upload your PDF from your device, or pull it directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Without an account: up to 80 MB per file. With a free account: up to 100 MB per file.
2
Page thumbnails appear in the workspace. Drag and drop them into any order you like - the layout updates live as you rearrange.
3
Rotate any page 90 degrees with a click, or remove a page entirely using its delete icon - all without leaving the editor.
4
Click Organize PDF when the layout looks right. The new order, rotations, and removals are written into a clean PDF.
5
Download your reorganised file, save it back to the cloud, or send it straight into another tool like Merge or Sign.
Why use our Organize PDF tool
Drag-and-drop reorder
Pull any page thumbnail to a new spot. Drop it between two pages, at the start, or at the end - the rest reflows automatically.
Per-page rotation
Click any page to rotate it 90 degrees. Each page can have its own orientation in the same document.
Remove pages on the fly
Hit the delete icon on any page to drop it. Combine reordering, rotation, and removal in the same job.
Works with protected PDFs
Encrypted documents can be organised too. Enter the password once when prompted and continue as normal.
Live preview
Thumbnails update instantly as you drag, rotate, or delete. What you see in the workspace is what you get in the output.
Lossless reordering
Pages are moved, rotated, and removed at the structure level - text, images, and fonts stay sharp throughout.
Cloud import
Pull files from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive without a local download step.
Workflow Ready
Send the reorganised PDF straight into Merge, Compress, Sign, or any other tool without re-uploading.
Free, no watermark
No watermark on the PDF, no signup needed, no per-day cap on jobs.
