Why use our Excel to PDF converter

Tables stay sharp
Borders, colours, alignment, and column widths are kept so your spreadsheet reads exactly like in Excel.
Charts preserved
Bar, line, pie, and combo charts come through at full quality - no flattening or pixelation.
Multi-sheet support
Every visible sheet in your workbook is included, in tab order, as separate sections in the PDF.
Formulas as values
Cell results are baked into the PDF, so totals and calculations look exactly like in Excel.
Conditional formatting
Highlights, colour scales, and data bars survive the conversion just as they appear in your file.
Smart page fitting
Wide tables are scaled or split intelligently across pages so columns are never cut off mid-row.
Batch processing
With a free account, convert up to 4 .xlsx files at once (300 MB total). Each becomes its own clean PDF.
Cloud import
Pull files from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive without a local download step.
Workflow Ready
Send the resulting PDF directly into Merge, Compress, Sign, or any other tool without re-uploading.
Free, no watermark
No watermark on the PDF, no signup needed for single jobs, no per-day cap on conversions.

Frequently asked questions

Will the PDF look exactly like my Excel file?
Yes. Tables, charts, colours, fonts, and conditional formatting carry over so the PDF matches what you see on screen in Excel.
What about workbooks with multiple sheets?
Every visible sheet is included in the output, in the same order as the tabs in your workbook. Hidden sheets are skipped.
Will my charts and graphs come through?
Yes. Bar, line, pie, scatter, and combo charts are rendered at full quality, not flattened into low-res images.
How are wide tables handled?
Our smart page fitting scales the print area sensibly or splits across pages with repeated headers, so columns stay readable and complete.
Will formulas still calculate?
Formulas are baked into the PDF as their current values. You see the totals and results just as they appear in your live workbook.
Can I convert multiple Excel files at once?
Yes. Batch processing is available with a free account - up to 3 files at once, 100 MB total. Single file conversions work without signing in (up to 80 MB).
Is the output PDF editable?
No. The PDF is non-editable by design so the layout stays consistent. If you need to edit later, use Edit PDF or PDF to Excel to convert back.
Can I import from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive?
Yes. Use the cloud buttons on the upload screen to pull files in directly. No need to download them to your device first.
Are my files kept private?
Yes. Uploads happen over HTTPS, files are not shared, and they are deleted from our servers shortly after the conversion finishes.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The converter runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet, or desktop. There is no app to install.
