How to add page numbers to a PDF

Decide where numbering starts. Use any number as the starting value, skip the cover or back page, or enter a custom range like 5-20 to number only specific pages.

Pick the format - plain numbers, "Page 1", "1 of N", Roman numerals, or a custom template - and add a prefix/suffix with zero-padding for Bates labels like ABC000001.

Plain numbers, "Page 1", "1 of N", "Page 1 of N", "- 1 -", Roman numerals (i, ii, iii or I, II, III), or a fully custom template using {n} and {total}.
Prefix, suffix & Bates
Add a prefix and suffix, and zero-pad to a fixed width - so ABC- with 6 digits gives proper Bates labels like ABC000001.
Skip cover and back
Tick to skip the first page, the last page, or both - useful for keeping title pages and indexes clean while the body of the document is numbered.

Posso scrivere Pagina 1 di 10 in italiano?

Sì. I formati pronti Pagina 1, 1 di N e Pagina 1 di N compaiono qui in italiano; il menu Lingua li passa a una delle 12 lingue disponibili. Per un testo diverso scegli il formato personalizzato e scrivi per esempio Foglio {n} di {total}: {n} diventa il numero, {total} il totale delle pagine. Altri formati: 1, 2, 3; - 1 -; i, ii, iii e I, II, III.

Dove posso mettere i numeri?

In alto o in basso, a sinistra, al centro o a destra. L’opzione a specchio scambia sinistra e destra sulle pagine pari e dispari, ideale per la stampa fronte-retro.

Come iniziare la numerazione da pagina 3?

Numera solo alcune pagine, per esempio 3-20, e imposta il numero iniziale, per esempio 3. Le pagine saltate non consumano numeri, quindi la prima pagina numerata mostra il valore iniziale.

Come lasciare la copertina senza numero?

Attiva l’opzione che lascia la copertina senza numero: resta pulita e la pagina successiva parte da 1 o dal numero iniziale scelto. C’è la stessa opzione per l’ultima pagina.

Posso cambiare carattere, dimensione e colore?

Sì. Helvetica, Times o Courier, normale o grassetto, da 6 a 48 punti, qualsiasi colore e opacità dal 10 al 100%. Puoi aggiungere anche prefisso, suffisso e zeri iniziali come 001.

Come numerare un PDF su Mac?

Posso eliminare numeri di pagina già presenti?

Questo strumento aggiunge numeri ma non toglie quelli già stampati sulle pagine. Per eliminare o cambiare numeri esistenti, modifica quel testo in Editly.
