How to add page numbers to a PDF

Decide where numbering starts. Use any number as the starting value, skip the cover or back page, or enter a custom range like 5-20 to number only specific pages.

Pick the format - plain numbers, "Page 1", "1 of N", Roman numerals, or a custom template - and add a prefix/suffix with zero-padding for Bates labels like ABC000001.

Customise the look from the toolbar: position (with an odd/even mirror option), font, size, colour, and opacity. The preview updates live.

Prefix, suffix & Bates
Add a prefix and suffix, and zero-pad to a fixed width - so ABC- with 6 digits gives proper Bates labels like ABC000001.

¿Cómo numerar las páginas de un PDF gratis?

¿Puedo poner Página 1 de 10 en español?

Para otro texto, elige el formato personalizado y escribe, por ejemplo, Hoja {n} de {total}: {n} se convierte en el número y {total} en el total de páginas. ¿Dónde puedo poner los números?

Arriba o abajo, a la izquierda, al centro o a la derecha. La opción de espejo intercambia izquierda y derecha en páginas pares e impares, ideal para imprimir a doble cara.

¿Cómo empezar a numerar desde la página 3?

Numera solo algunas páginas, por ejemplo 3-20, y ajusta el número inicial, por ejemplo 3. Las páginas omitidas no gastan número, así la primera página numerada muestra tu valor inicial.

¿Cómo dejar la portada sin número?

Activa la opción para dejar la portada sin número. Queda limpia y la siguiente página empieza en 1, o en el número inicial que elegiste. Hay una opción igual para la última página.

¿Puedo cambiar la fuente, el tamaño y el color?

Sí. Helvetica, Times o Courier, normal o negrita, de 6 a 48 puntos, cualquier color y una opacidad del 10 al 100 %. También puedes añadir prefijo, sufijo y ceros a la izquierda, como 001.

¿Se pueden numerar varios PDF a la vez?

Con cuenta gratuita, hasta 3 PDF a la vez (80 MB cada uno, 120 MB en total). Cada archivo se numera por separado y se descargan juntos en un ZIP. Para una numeración seguida, únelos antes con Unir PDF.

¿Puedo quitar números de página que ya tiene el PDF?

Esta herramienta añade números, pero no borra los que ya están impresos en las páginas. Para quitar o cambiar números existentes, edita ese texto en Editly.
