How to delete pages from a PDF

1
Upload one PDF or several at once from your device, or pull them directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Without an account: 1 file, up to 80 MB. With a free account: up to 3 files, 80 MB each and 120 MB total.
2
Tick the page thumbnails you want to remove, or type a page range like 3-7 to mark a chunk. For one-off removals, just hit the delete icon on the page directly.
3
Click a ticked page again to untick it, or edit the range to add or remove pages. Nothing is final until you click Delete Pages.
4
Click Delete Pages. The marked pages are removed and the remaining pages are renumbered into a clean PDF.
5
Download your cleaned-up PDF, save it back to the cloud, or send it straight into another tool like Merge or Sign.

Why use our Delete Pages tool

Three ways to select
Tick page thumbnails one at a time, type a page range like 3-7 for a chunk, or use the per-page delete icon for one-off removals.
Page range support
Type ranges like 3-7, 12, 15-18 to mark several pages at once - faster than clicking each thumbnail when the document is long.
Visual page thumbnails
See every page of your PDF at a glance, with current page numbers, so you never delete the wrong one.
Per-page delete button
Each page has its own delete icon. Hit it to remove that page on its own, without building up a selection.
Auto-renumber
After saving, the remaining pages flow into a continuous sequence with no gaps in page count.
Lossless output
Text, images, fonts, and bookmarks on the kept pages stay sharp - we only remove the marked pages, nothing else changes.
Instant in-browser engine
For everyday PDFs the delete happens right in your browser - nothing is uploaded, so it's instant and private. Large or bookmarked files use our server to keep the outline intact.
Batch multiple files
Signed in, load up to 3 PDFs and clean each one separately - every file keeps its own page set, selection, and undo history. Download them together as a ZIP.
Cloud import
Pull files from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive without a local download step.
Keep editing
After deleting, reopen the result and carry on removing pages - the single file or your whole batch - with no re-upload.
Workflow Ready
Send the cleaned-up PDF straight into Merge, Compress, Sign, or any other tool without re-uploading.
Free, no watermark
No watermark on the PDF, no signup needed, no per-day cap on jobs.

Frequently asked questions

How do I select pages to delete?
Three ways. Click any page thumbnail to tick it. Type a page range like 3-7 to mark a chunk of pages at once. Or hit the delete icon on a single page to remove it on its own without building a selection.
Can I delete multiple pages at once?
Yes. Tick every page you want to remove, or type a page range like 3-7, 12, 15-18 to mark them in bulk. Then hit Delete Pages and all ticked pages are removed in a single pass.
Can I delete pages from several PDFs at once?
Yes, with a free account. Load up to 3 PDFs and switch between them - each file keeps its own page thumbnails, selection, and undo history. When you hit Delete Pages, every file is processed and the results come back together in a ZIP.
Can I change my selection before saving?
Yes. Click any ticked page to untick it, or edit the page range to add or drop pages. Nothing is removed until you click Delete Pages - the per-page delete icon is the only instant action.
Will the remaining pages be renumbered?
Yes. After saving, the kept pages flow into a continuous sequence - so if you delete page 3, what was page 4 becomes page 3.
Can I delete more pages after downloading?
Yes. From the result screen you can send the output straight into another edit - no re-uploading - using the export tools shown below the download, or simply add the file again to keep removing pages.
Can I recover deleted pages later?
Not from the output file - the pages are permanently removed. If you might want them back, keep a copy of your original PDF before saving.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
For everyday PDFs, no - the delete runs entirely in your browser, so the file never leaves your device and the result is instant. Only large files or PDFs with bookmarks are sent to our server (over HTTPS, deleted right after processing) so the outline can be preserved.
Will the file size shrink?
Yes. Removing pages also removes their text, images, and embedded content, so the output PDF is smaller than the original by roughly the share of pages you cut.
Can I import from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive?
Yes. Use the cloud buttons on the upload screen to pull files in directly. No need to download them to your device first.
Are my files kept private?
Yes. Uploads happen over HTTPS, files are not shared, and they are deleted from our servers shortly after the job finishes.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The tool runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet, or desktop. There is no app to install.
