How to add page numbers to a PDF

Add your PDF from your device, or pull it from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Without an account: 1 file, up to 80 MB. With a free account: up to 3 files, 80 MB each (120 MB total). Number several files at once and they come back as a ZIP.

Decide where numbering starts. Use any number as the starting value, skip the cover or back page, or enter a custom range like 5-20 to number only specific pages.

Pick the format - plain numbers, "Page 1", "1 of N", Roman numerals, or a custom template - and add a prefix/suffix with zero-padding for Bates labels like ABC000001.

Customise the look from the toolbar: position (with an odd/even mirror option), font, size, colour, and opacity. The preview updates live.

Number formats
Plain numbers, "Page 1", "1 of N", "Page 1 of N", "- 1 -", Roman numerals (i, ii, iii or I, II, III), or a fully custom template using {n} and {total}.
Prefix, suffix & Bates
Add a prefix and suffix, and zero-pad to a fixed width - so ABC- with 6 digits gives proper Bates labels like ABC000001.
Skip cover and back
Tick to skip the first page, the last page, or both - useful for keeping title pages and indexes clean while the body of the document is numbered.
Number specific pages
Leave every page numbered, or enter a custom range like 5-20, 25 to number only those pages.
Custom starting number

نعم. اختر من قائمة الأرقام الأرقام العربية الهندية (١٢٣) أو الفارسية (۱۲۳)، فتُكتب بها أرقام الصفحات والمجموع وحتى الأصفار البادئة. وتظهر الصيغ الجاهزة مثل «صفحة ١ من ١٠» بالعربية في هذه الصفحة ومن اليمين إلى اليسار، ويمكن تغيير لغتها من قائمة اللغة.

أين يمكن وضع أرقام الصفحات؟

رقّم صفحات معينة فقط، مثل 3-20، واضبط رقم البداية، مثل 1 أو 3. لا تستهلك الصفحات المتخطاة أي رقم، فتظهر أول صفحة مرقّمة بقيمة البداية التي اخترتها.

كيف أترك صفحة الغلاف بدون رقم؟

فعّل خيار ترك الغلاف بدون رقم، فيبقى نظيفًا وتبدأ الصفحة التالية من 1 أو من رقم البداية الذي اخترته. ويوجد الخيار نفسه للصفحة الأخيرة.

هل يمكن تغيير الخط والحجم واللون؟

نعم. Helvetica أو Times أو Courier بخط عادي أو عريض، بحجم من 6 إلى 48 نقطة، وبأي لون وشفافية من 10 إلى 100%، مع إمكانية إضافة بادئة ولاحقة وأصفار بادئة مثل 001.

كيف أحذف ترقيم صفحات موجودًا في PDF؟
