How to organise a PDF

1
Upload your PDF from your device, or pull it directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Without an account you can organize one file up to 80 MB. With a free account you can organize up to 3 files at once - 80 MB each, 120 MB in total.
2
Page thumbnails appear in the workspace. Drag and drop them into any order you like - the layout updates live as you rearrange.
3
Rotate any page 90 degrees with a click, or remove a page entirely using its delete icon - all without leaving the editor.
4
Click Organize PDF when the layout looks right. The new order, rotations, and removals are written into a clean PDF.
5
Download your reorganised file, save it back to the cloud, or send it straight into another tool like Merge or Sign.

Why use our Organize PDF tool

Drag-and-drop reorder
Pull any page thumbnail to a new spot. Drop it between two pages, at the start, or at the end - the rest reflows automatically.
Per-page rotation
Click any page to rotate it 90 degrees. Each page can have its own orientation in the same document.
Remove pages on the fly
Hit the delete icon on any page to drop it. Combine reordering, rotation, and removal in the same job, and hit Undo to step back any change.
Organize several files at once
With a free account, load up to 3 PDFs, arrange each one, and process them together - they come back in a single ZIP download.
Works with protected PDFs
Encrypted documents can be organised too. Enter the password once when prompted and continue as normal.
Live preview
Thumbnails update instantly as you drag, rotate, or delete. What you see in the workspace is what you get in the output.
Lossless reordering
Pages are moved, rotated, and removed at the structure level - text, images, and fonts stay sharp throughout.
Cloud import
Pull files from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive without a local download step.
Workflow Ready
Send the reorganised PDF straight into Merge, Compress, Sign, or any other tool without re-uploading.
Free, no watermark
No watermark on the PDF, no signup needed, no per-day cap on jobs.

Frequently asked questions

Can I do all three actions - reorder, rotate, and remove - in one job?
Yes. The workspace lets you drag pages into new positions, click to rotate them, and hit the delete icon to drop them, all before you save. Everything is applied together when you click Organize PDF.
How do I move a page to a different position?
Drag its thumbnail to wherever you want it and drop it there. The surrounding pages reflow automatically, and you can do this for as many pages as you like in one job.
Can I work with a password-protected PDF?
Yes. Upload the file as normal and enter the password when prompted. The tool decrypts the file for editing, applies your changes, and saves a fresh PDF.
Will rotating or moving pages lose quality?
No. Operations happen at the page-structure level, so text remains crisp, images are not re-compressed, and fonts stay embedded.
Can I change my mind before saving?
Yes. Drag pages back, click to rotate again, or hit Undo to step back any change - including restoring a page you deleted. Nothing is final until you click Organize PDF.
Can I organise more than one PDF at a time?
Yes, with a free account. Add up to 3 files (up to 80 MB each and 120 MB in total), arrange each one on its own, and click Organize PDF - you'll get a ZIP with every organised file. Without an account you organise one file at a time.
Will the page numbers update?
If your PDF has visible page numbers baked into the page content, those stay as they were. Logical page numbering in the PDF structure updates to match the new order, and bookmarks are carried over and remapped to the new page positions. Add fresh numbers afterwards using our Page Numbers tool if needed.
Can I import from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive?
Yes. Use the cloud buttons on the upload screen to pull files in directly. No need to download them to your device first.
Are my files kept private?
Yes. Uploads happen over HTTPS, files are not shared, and they are deleted from our servers shortly after the job finishes. Passwords are never stored.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The tool runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet, or desktop. There is no app to install.
