How to watermark a PDF

Pick your watermark type. Type some text like CONFIDENTIAL or DRAFT, or upload an image such as your logo or stamp. Switch between text and image mode at any time.

Customise position, rotation, transparency, font size, and colour - or just drag the watermark anywhere on the live page preview to place it exactly. Switch on mosaic mode to tile it across the page (with an adjustable spacing slider), or keep it as a single stamp.

Scrivi BOZZA, RISERVATO o qualsiasi altro testo, scegli un colore, abbassa l’opacità perché la pagina resti leggibile e inclinala in diagonale, per esempio a 45 gradi.

Come inserire un logo come filigrana?

Scegli la filigrana immagine e seleziona il tuo logo, timbro o firma. Un PNG con sfondo trasparente rende al meglio. Imposta dimensione, opacità e rotazione, poi posizionalo.

Posso mettere la filigrana dove voglio?

Sì. Scegli una delle nove posizioni oppure tieni premuto e trascina la filigrana sull’anteprima per metterla ovunque.

Come ripetere la filigrana su tutta la pagina?

Attiva il mosaico per ripetere la filigrana su ogni pagina e regola la spaziatura per renderla più fitta o più leggera.

Posso applicarla solo ad alcune pagine?

Sì. A tutte le pagine, oppure scegli Range e digita le pagine, ad esempio 1 solo per la copertina o 1-3, 5, 8.

Come mettere una filigrana sul documento d’identità?

Prima di inviare la copia di carta d’identità o passaporto a un proprietario, una banca o un datore di lavoro, aggiungi una filigrana come Copia per pratica di affitto con la data. Così è chiaro a cosa serve la copia ed è più difficile riutilizzarla.

Come togliere la filigrana da un PDF?

Questo strumento aggiunge filigrane ma non le rimuove. Se un documento ricevuto porta la filigrana di qualcun altro, chiedi al proprietario una copia pulita. Le filigrane che aggiungi qui sono scritte nel contenuto della pagina e non si tolgono con un clic.
