How to watermark a PDF

Add your PDF from your device, or pull it from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Without an account: 1 file, up to 80 MB. With a free account: up to 3 files, 80 MB each (120 MB total). Watermark several files at once and they come back as a ZIP.

Pick your watermark type. Type some text like CONFIDENTIAL or DRAFT, or upload an image such as your logo or stamp. Switch between text and image mode at any time.

Customise position, rotation, transparency, font size, and colour - or just drag the watermark anywhere on the live page preview to place it exactly. Switch on mosaic mode to tile it across the page (with an adjustable spacing slider), or keep it as a single stamp.

Choose where it applies - every page, just the page you are previewing, or tick the exact pages you want.

Click Add Watermark to apply. Download the watermarked PDF (or a ZIP for multiple files), save it back to the cloud, or open another tool next.
